Current published directions

ORYGN's current online FAQ directs users to gently shake the bottle, place 3-5 drops under the tongue one to two times daily, hold for 30-60 seconds, and avoid eating or drinking for a few minutes afterwards.

The label controls: formulations and directions can change. Follow the bottle or box supplied with your order. Contact Embrace Health or ORYGN if the label is missing, damaged or unclear.

A simple routine

  1. Read the label first. Check the ingredient list, serving directions, warnings and best-before information.
  2. Shake gently. Follow the current label direction before dispensing.
  3. Measure the directed drops. Do not assume that taking more produces a better result.
  4. Hold under the tongue. Follow the label's timing before swallowing.
  5. Record use consistently. Note the date, time and amount used so observations are not based on memory alone.

What you can track

Routine

Time used, amount taken, missed servings and changes in food, sleep or exercise.

Experience

Appetite, energy, digestive comfort, sleep and any unwanted effects, using the same simple scale.

Context

Medication changes, illness, travel or other factors that could explain a change.

Tracking does not prove that a supplement caused a change, but it helps create a more accurate discussion with a healthcare professional.

Important precautions

  • triGLP contains salmon-derived ingredients. Do not rely on general online statements to decide whether it is suitable for a fish allergy.
  • Ask a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition or taking medication.
  • Do not use triGLP to replace prescribed treatment.
  • Stop using the product and seek appropriate advice if you experience a suspected reaction.
